The instructors at YOG are trained at Bihar School of Yoga – Munger, a Yoga institute of international repute. Our program structure is designed to suit all age groups and does not depend on any predefined fitness. The key to our practice is ‘awareness’ or mindfulness.

In addition YOG has persons with extensive corporate experience who can truly be on both sides of the fence and help you make yoga meaningful in your daily life. YOG also has persons from the travel industry who will complement your retreat experience.

With 17 years of dedicated experience as a travel consultant, including a noteworthy stint in the premium hospitality sector, Tina emerges as a passionate professional. Beyond her thriving career, Tina has been a fervent fitness enthusiast since her teenage years. Her journey into the world of yoga began as a solution to chronic health issues, which ultimately led her to a profound connection with this ancient science.
Driven by a holistic approach to well-being, Tina firmly decided that ‘Yoga’ would be her lifelong health companion. She believes that yoga offers a comprehensive solution for every phase of the body and mind, fostering both physical and mental agility. Now, Tina is eager to share her belief in the transformative power of yoga with others, advocating for its role as a lifelong partner in maintaining holistic health for all.

TOLENDRA JHA

Yoga Therapist

An experienced Yoga Therapist , having extensive training from prestigious world class classical Yoga institution, Bihar School Of Yoga, Munger. Tolendra specializes in therapy form of Yoga and his experience gives him that intuitive understanding of the human physiology which gives an extra edge to any trainer. He also teaches Nada Yoga, Prana Vidya and Chakra Meditation, all very important tools in yogic self-development.

DEEPAK NAGAR

A gentle soul whose students are mesmerised by his calmness and warmth. Deepak has received extensive training in all aspects of HATHA YOGA from The Bihar School of Yoga. His unique style is of taking students through yogic practises which calm and soothe them, bringing lasting peace and contentment.
